📋 Description

• Provide telehealth therapy to patients aged 13+ • Provide psychosocial support and education to individuals, couples, and families aged 13+ • Build and grow the Minute Clinic practice • Practice at the top of the license with support from the clinical care team • Use evidence-based assessment and treatment planning tools • Support continuity of care for patients • Deliver diagnostic, care collaboration, treatment planning, and short-term counseling services • Reach patients within their communities

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Utah, Oregon, and/or California • Must be willing to obtain additional state licensure • Current, active, and unencumbered independent state license in California, Oregon, and/or Utah • Proven excellent diagnostic, care collaboration, treatment planning, and short-term counseling skills • Experience leveraging evidence-based methodologies, including motivational interviewing, problem solving therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy • Completed Master’s degree program from an accredited college or university • Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal and team skills • Proven deep understanding of the psychosocial aspects of illness and health • Demonstrated understanding of insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare billing requirements • Evidence of strong crisis intervention skills • Previous experience in a mental health clinic or hospital setting
