📋 Description

• Provide psychosocial support and education addressing the mental wellbeing of individuals, couples, and families ages 13 and older • Build and grow the Minute Clinic practice • Practice at the top of license with support from the clinical care team • Use assessment and treatment planning tools to provide evidence-based care and support continuity of care • Deliver virtual therapy and engage patients within their communities • Collaborate on patient care and treatment planning

🎯 Requirements

• Current, active, and unencumbered state license as an LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LPCC, or LMFT in Washington state and/or California • Must be willing and able to obtain additional state licensure • Will be required to obtain licenses to practice in multiple states based on business needs • Proven excellent diagnostic, care collaboration, treatment planning, and short-term counseling skills • Evidence-based methodologies including motivational interviewing, problem solving therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy • Completed Master’s degree program from an accredited college or university • Experience with or willingness to learn and adapt to virtual therapy delivery • Understanding of psychosocial aspects of illness and health • Comfortable using electronic health record systems and multiple platforms • Understanding of insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare billing requirements • Crisis intervention skills • Previous experience in a mental health clinic or hospital setting
