📋 Description

• Process monthly patient refill requests and ensure documentation is accurate before shipping orders • Process new patient orders and update electronic medical records • Work with the patient admissions department to help bring patients onto services • Answer incoming calls from patients, caregivers, branches and patient referral sources regarding nutrition therapy order status • Process prescription changes • Triage calls to various departments • Verify patient demographics and insurance information to ensure accurate shipment • Initiate the referral process • Answer questions from patients and caregivers about admissions status

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum one year experience working in a customer service environment • Experience with data entry • Experience working in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Outlook and Word • High School diploma or GED • Preferred: Home infusion or durable medical equipment (DME) experience • Preferred: Call center experience • Preferred: Experience working in a healthcare environment • Candidates can live anywhere in the United States
