📋 Description

• own the roadmap, requirements, and end-to-end delivery for one or more analytics products serving sales and underwriting teams • write clear, technically informed requirements that data science and engineering can execute against without ambiguity • set and track KPIs, manage prioritization across competing requests, synthesize stakeholder feedback into product direction, and ship incrementally — measuring outcomes and iterating • bridge technical teams and business leaders across sales, underwriting, finance, and risk

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years owning analytics, data, BI, or ML/AI products • Strong technology and analytics foundation — ideally grown into product from a quantitative or technical role • Hands-on enough to read API docs, challenge technical trade-offs, and pull your own data in SQL when you need to • Working understanding of the ML/AI lifecycle (training, validation, deployment, monitoring) — enough to define realistic success metrics and to push back when AI isn't the right answer • Track record shipping data or analytics products that business users adopted, with measurable outcomes • Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments • Manages competing priorities across executives, engineers, and business users without losing trust or momentum • Experience shipping analytics, AI, ML, or data products in healthcare, PBM, insurance, or financial services - Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, GCP, Azure, AWS) and modern tools & frameworks (Streamlit, Distributed processing, inference) - Familiarity with regulatory and compliance constraints on analytics product decisions (HIPAA, SOC 2, or similar) - MBA or equivalent advanced degree
