• Lead the product work behind Lark's AI Coaching experience • Drive the AI Coaching roadmap • Build for trust, designing guardrails and human-in-the-loop moments • Run a sharp measurement practice • Partner tightly with the App and Enrollment teams

• A track record of shipping consumer products people love, ideally on mobile • Real product judgment • Hands-on experience shipping AI or LLM-powered features • Strong analytics and experimentation instincts • A feel for behavior change and for the line between coaching and clinical care
