📋 Description
• Own the AI Receptionist product end-to-end, setting the vision, roadmap, and success criteria. • Define great AI-powered client communication and develop seamless client interactions. • Drive adoption and outcomes, focusing on revenue, adoption, and retention. • Represent the customer, understanding their communication management needs.
🎯 Requirements
• 5–8 years in product management with experience in B2B2C or both B2C and B2B environments. • Experience shipping AI-powered products. • LLM fluency and familiarity with prompt design. • Strong voice-of-customer instincts and data fluency. • Cross-functional leadership and clear communication skills.
