📋 Description

• Manage and coordinate Performance Guarantee activities for Medicare Advantage and SilverScript Medicare Part D new business and renewal opportunities • Ensure successful execution from intake through reporting and settlement while meeting timelines and deliverables • Provide leadership and guidance across cross-functional teams • Partner with Underwriting, New Business Sales, Account Management, Medical, Pharmacy, Reporting & Analytics, and other stakeholders • Coordinate reporting activities, validate guarantee results, investigate variances, support settlements, and ensure reporting requirements • Identify operational risks, proactively communicate issues, and recommend solutions • Build stakeholder relationships and track, evaluate, and report project objectives • Implement project management best practices, methodologies, and tools • Improve Performance Guarantee processes, documentation, templates, and operational workflows • Support development and maintenance of the Performance Guarantee library • Lead standardization, development, and ongoing maintenance of monthly executive dashboard reporting • Support additional initiatives contributing to departmental and organizational goals

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of project management and/or program management experience, including leading cross-functional initiatives • 5+ years of experience in dashboard reporting and operational metrics • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Willingness to travel 5–10% within the continental United States • Knowledge of Medicare Advantage and SilverScript Medicare Part D products and operational processes • Track record of creating consensus for change and implementing process improvement strategies • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and project management skills • Proficiency with project management tools such as monday.com • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities while driving consistency, operational excellence, and continuous improvement • Self-motivated and dependable, possessing an enterprise mindset • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills • Proven ability to deliver and communicate results in fast-paced environments • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams • Problem-solving and independent-thinking ability, with a track record of meeting team objectives and business goals • Relevant specialized training and/or relevant professional qualification • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Alternatively, high school diploma or GED plus 4 years of relevant experience
