📋 Description

• Set up projects in Loopio proposal software, including basic information and questionnaire documents, within 24 hours of receiving the request from the proposal director • Apply the auto-fill function to populate standard topic areas and create a draft for the proposal writer • Communicate with the assigned proposal writer to discuss the draft and next steps • Provide daily reporting to the leadership team on active RFPs/RFIs to support workload planning • Complete final proposal edits in proposal software • Develop and maintain positive, collaborative relationships with business partners • Communicate clearly and confidently with all business partners

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience serving as a liaison between business partners and operational teams • Experience effectively communicating requirements, managing intake requests, and driving alignment to support client deliverables • Healthcare experience or knowledge is an asset • RFP project management experience • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment and adapt to changing priorities • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet Explorer • Organized, efficient, detail-oriented, and able to multitask • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (HS Diploma + 4 years relevant experience) • 40 anticipated weekly hours
