📋 Description

• Contributes strategic and technical support for the sales process • Designs customer-centered proposals focused on financial positioning, product offerings, and network access • Applies technical knowledge of products, programs, services, policies, systems, and pricing methodologies to support proposal strategy and deliverables • Helps establish and implement results-based programs and innovative initiatives for the Proposals area under direct supervision • Completes simple business impact assessments based on forecasted changes within the Proposals field • Gathers information from source systems to complete proposals and calculates fees within assigned variance authority levels • Arranges questionnaire responses based on case-specific quotation strategy and customer priorities • Assists with plan design review, prepares deviation documents, and compiles proposals for ancillary coverage • Contributes material for sales presentations and marketing surveys • Takes direction to execute techniques, processes, and responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years EAP industry experience • 2+ years experience communicating and delivering presentations to cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders • Strong background in professional writing, with proven experience crafting clear, concise, and well-structured responses to inquiries • Growth mindset skills, including agility and developing yourself and others • Experience in health insurance industry preferred • Expert level knowledge of RFP process preferred • Expert level of Project Management preferred • Expert level of problem solving, decision making skills and verbal/written communication skills preferred • Working knowledge of collaboration and teamwork preferred • Working knowledge of execution and delivery skills preferred • Working knowledge of problem solving and decision making skills preferred • Bachelor's degree preferred • Associate Degree
