📋 Description

• Develop and implement quality improvement programs and initiatives • Analyze organizational systems, workflows and performance quantitatively and qualitatively • Implement evidence-based performance improvement interventions • Establish, track and monitor process and outcome measures • Prepare materials and organizational documents for POSC Forum, POSC Council and workgroup discussions • Manage and coordinate assigned POSC workplans • Facilitate workgroups and committees • Develop, revise and implement policies, procedures and guidelines • Address health disparities and health-related social needs • Participate in research efforts, scholarly publications and research utilization • Provide HEDIS and CAHPS training and education • Collaborate with POSC stakeholders to establish, measure and evaluate best-practice interventions

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years prior relevant work experience in clinical, case management, administrative, quality/compliance or HEDIS performance-based roles • In-depth knowledge of managed care quality, HEDIS and STARs measures • Working knowledge of quantitative and qualitative data analytics • Working knowledge of clinical and practice requirements essential to meet patient care needs • Strong interpersonal, critical thinking and analytic skills • Excellent communication, presentation and technical writing skills • Registered Nurse (RN) required • BSN required • Ability to manage sensitive information ethically and responsibly • Ability to function in clinical settings with diverse cultural dynamics • CPHQ preferred • Master's degree in a healthcare-related field preferred
