📋 Description

• Implement processes for sales, account management, and business retention operations for organizational products and services • Design systems to execute Account Management strategy for complex accounts • Meet profitable growth and cross-selling objectives • Assist in managing member growth and retention objectives • Establish and implement programs and innovative initiatives for Account Management • Forecast changes within the Account Management industry • Conduct business impact assessments and develop modification strategies using process improvement methodologies • Ensure appropriate margins and customer/membership retention targets through the renewal process • Coach clients on regulatory issues and health care trends affecting benefit program strategy • Determine market capitalization opportunities to drive competitive advantage • Construct complex financial decision recommendations • Coach more junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years health care Account Management experience • Health & Life licensed • Experience working in the public & labor sector • Ability to travel as needed • Reside in Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, or Missouri • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience • Experience with healthcare commercial business is a plus • Adept at execution and delivery skills • Adept at business intelligence • Adept at problem solving and decision making skills • Adept at collaboration and teamwork • Adept at growth mindset skills
