📋 Description

• Focus on coordinating expedited resolution of root cause corrective actions • Engage with leadership team to define requirements for analyzing root causes • Review and update Quickbase records and statuses based on feedback from business partners • Lead cross-functional meetings with business partners • Deliver monthly and ad-hoc reports on status of ongoing or resolved issues • Communicates with project teams to ensure clarity of roles and responsibilities • Conducts routine collaboration with stakeholders • Administers leadership and guidance to project teams • Installs project management best practices to drive efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Claims and/or Appeals experience required • Working knowledge of problem solving and decision making skills • Root Cause Analysis experience • MS office experience using Excel and Powerpoint • Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) preferred • Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred • Bachelor's degree required
