📋 Description

• Manage financial performance management, KPI governance, operational forecasting, and continuous improvement for the CVS Middle Mile transportation network • Establish standardized KPI definitions, disciplined performance routines, and robust forecasting practices • Ensure transportation performance meets enterprise expectations across cost, service, and operational execution • Partner with the Lead Director, Private Fleet – Middle Mile Transportation and Senior Manager Dedicated Transportation • Support 6 Private Fleet and 12 dedicated carrier operations • Connect operational decisions, including routing, asset utilization, and service execution, to financial and customer outcomes • Ensure a consistent view of performance across the network • Identify and deploy continuous improvement opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in transportation, private fleet, or supply chain operations • Minimum 2 years semantic layer design in Snowflake or similar semantic layer design tool • Minimum 2 years of Power BI development, or similar • Lean/Continuous Improvement experience • Programming and scripting skills (Python, SQL, or similar) • Experience in KPI governance, financial analysis, forecasting, and analytics • 10% travel required • High School Diploma/GED • Six Sigma Green Belt or better preferred • Experience in multi-site retail distribution or logistics environments preferred • Ability to operate independently and drive cross-functional accountability preferred • Master's Degree preferred
