📋 Description

• Support and monitor business operations for compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, quality standards, and operational procedures • Serve as a liaison between operational teams, leadership, and compliance partners • Identify risks and promote process adherence and continuous improvement • Conduct audits and review operational data and documentation • Investigate compliance concerns and recommend improvements to accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory adherence • Assist with developing and maintaining standard operating procedures, reporting, training, and corrective action plans • Analyze trends and performance metrics and prepare leadership reports • Manage assigned work through a ticketing system by monitoring, prioritizing, documenting, and resolving tickets within SLA and TAT requirements • Participate in and lead special projects involving compliance initiatives, process improvements, system implementations, reporting enhancements, and strategic business needs • Collaborate with cross-functional partners, meet project deadlines, and provide regular status updates to leadership

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Equivalent Development (GED) • At least 1 year of experience • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook • 1 year of experience communicating with internal/external associates, teams and business leaders • Minimum of 1 year of experience with root cause analysis • Minimum of 2 years of experience within a call monitoring environment • Ability to rapidly adjust priorities and prioritize tasks amid changing business requirements and conflicting goals • Comprehension of IT architecture related to phone switches and call recording solutions • Experience with VoIP/TDM call center phones, Nice, Five9, Verint and/or comparable ticket systems • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred • Experience in compliance, operations, auditing, quality assurance, healthcare, pharmacy operations, or a related field preferred • Experience with ticketing or workflow management systems preferred • Experience leading or participating in cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives preferred • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills preferred • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, reporting tools, and data analysis preferred • Experience creating and maintaining SOPs and process documentation preferred • Excellent written and verbal communication skills preferred • Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment preferred • Knowledge of healthcare, pharmacy, regulatory, or operational compliance standards preferred
