📋 Description

• Provide operational support and perform data maintenance and cleanup for basic-to-complex data transactions • Perform complex data transactions and maintenance for projects, expansions, and new product implementations • Maintain and update provider demographic and contract information in appropriate systems • Support claims adjudication and provider directory operations • Collaborate with internal and external constituents to implement new networks and complex contractual arrangements • Provide technical and/or functional leadership support within the unit, including team lead responsibilities • Validate system enhancements • Identify, research, and conduct root cause analyses • Collaborate cross-functionally to recommend process improvements • Conduct and manage provider information audits • Escalate issues for resolution as appropriate

🎯 Requirements

• Provider Data Services background (2-4 years) • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments • Demonstrated ability to facilitate meetings and make accurate records • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications • Advanced skills in Excel • Demonstrated success prioritizing work and multitasking in a fast-paced environment • Demonstrated success collaborating with others to meet or exceed expectations • Experience providing clear and concise written and verbal communications • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
