📋 Description

• Lead and participate in the development, validation, and delivery of advanced analytics, statistical models, machine learning solutions, and reporting tools • Design and implement data-driven solutions using data science, predictive modeling, natural language processing, and visualization technologies • Solve complex business problems and improve patient care outcomes • Optimize healthcare operations and enable evidence-based decision making • Collaborate with business leaders, clinicians, IT teams, and other stakeholders • Translate data into actionable insights and drive strategic initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in data science, analytics, statistical modeling, or a related field • Experience designing, developing, and implementing predictive models, machine learning solutions, and analytical frameworks • Proficiency in data-oriented programming languages and data visualization tools • Experience working with large, complex datasets and integrating data from multiple sources • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Ability to communicate complex analytical findings to technical and non-technical audiences • Experience developing dashboards, metrics, and performance reporting solutions • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills across functional areas • Ability to plan, execute, deliver, and support data-driven initiatives • Knowledge of data governance principles, data quality standards, and analytical best practices • Experience applying advanced analytics and machine learning techniques within healthcare, payer, provider, or clinical environments • Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP), data mining, and predictive analytics methodologies • Experience improving healthcare quality, operational efficiency, or patient outcomes through data science solutions • Experience presenting analytical results and serving as a consultative partner to business and executive stakeholders • Familiarity with analytics, visualization, and data engineering tools and technologies • Experience mentoring team members and promoting data science best practices • Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with emerging data science technologies and methodologies • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Analytics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field preferred • Equivalent combination of education, specialized training, and relevant professional experience may be considered • Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) preferred but not required
