📋 Description

• Act as the top product owner for business solutions, understanding the product, business, and competitive landscape • Manage the entire product life cycle from idea development through prototyping and testing • Create features and stories based on consumer insights, research, business goals, and Customer Experience needs • Develop strategies to market and promote new products to consumers and clients • Develop testing procedures for onsite, monthly, and quarterly assessments with detailed documentation review • Coordinate with business teams and partners to create product vision, identify business value, define use cases and capabilities, and translate them into product requirements • Coordinate with engineering, data science, user design, and architecture teams in an agile development process • Approve budget resource levels, product iterations, schedules, releases, and roadmaps • Recruit, hire, and develop product management teams and talent

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10 years work experience • Adept at problem solving and decision making skills • Adept at collaboration and teamwork • Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills • Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills • Adept at business intelligence • Bachelor’s degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification • Certified Product Manager (CPM) preferred • Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate preferred
