📋 Description

• Lead complex programs composed of multiple interdependent projects and workstreams from definition and planning through implementation and stabilization • Build and maintain integrated program roadmaps connecting project plans, milestones, dependencies, decision points, delivery sequencing, and outcome targets • Coordinate project and workstream leaders to align scope, timing, resources, readiness, and deliverables with program objectives • Identify cross-project barriers and tradeoffs, drive issue resolution and escalation, and facilitate required decisions • Establish and manage program governance, decision forums, escalation paths, and operating cadences • Maintain program-level RAID management • Monitor program health using integrated milestones, performance indicators, and outcome measures • Prepare concise executive reporting on program status, risks, interdependencies, decisions, and outcomes • Align sponsors, project leaders, and functional leaders on priorities, scope, timing, decisions, and delivery risks • Facilitate cross-functional discussions across business, product, technology, and operations • Present program health, dependencies, decisions, risks, mitigation strategies, and outcomes to senior leaders and governance forums • Coordinate integrated implementation readiness, handoffs, release and go-live dependencies, and stabilization needs • Oversee program-level issue triage, dependency management, and readiness planning • Define and track program outcomes, value measures, and benefits realization

🎯 Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in project management, program management, PMO, or a related field with increasing responsibility in complex, cross-functional programs • PMP, PgMP, or related certification • Demonstrated experience leading programs made up of multiple interdependent projects or workstreams from planning through implementation and stabilization • Experience developing integrated program roadmaps and managing cross-project milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, delivery sequencing, and outcome measures • Experience establishing or supporting program governance, executive reporting, escalation, and leadership decision-making • Experience creating executive-facing program materials, integrated reporting, dashboards, decision papers, and strategic summaries for senior leadership • Experience translating ambiguous or emerging business needs into program structures, governance, scalable tools, operating approaches, and execution practices • Experience coordinating across business, project, product, technology, and operational stakeholders • Experience identifying systemic delivery gaps, cross-project dependencies, and program risks • Experience defining and tracking program outcomes, value measures, benefits, or other indicators of realization • Strong analytical, organizational, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills • Extensive experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies • Experience using Microsoft Project (MPP), Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com, and comparable platforms • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams • Experience with Miro, Mural, Microsoft Whiteboard, or similar collaboration and digital whiteboarding tools • Strong systems thinking and business acumen • Ability to influence cross-functional leaders, resolve competing priorities, and drive alignment and accountability without direct authority • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Ability to navigate ambiguity and structure complex programs • Bachelor’s degree required, or equivalent experience, preferably in Business, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
