📋 Description

• Designing, development, and delivery of organizational reporting and analytics solutions aligned to business and operational objectives • Translating business requirements into scalable effective data solutions • Driving the creation of high-impact dashboards and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools • Ensuring data integrity, quality, and alignment with contractual and regulatory requirements • Partnering with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, define metrics, and deliver actionable insights • Optimizing performance of data processes, queries, and reporting solutions • Leveraging AI-assisted tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio) to improve automation, documentation, and development efficiency • Supporting production environments, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring reliability of reporting systems • Fostering a culture of data curiosity, continuous improvement, and innovation across the team

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience in analytics, reporting, or data engineering (with leadership experience preferred) • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate insights to technical and non-technical audiences • Deep understanding of enterprise data architecture, data flows, and how analytics supports business operations and decision-making • Advanced proficiency in SQL • Experience designing, building, and supporting scalable reporting and data integration solutions • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and resolving issues • Experience implementing or leveraging AI-assisted tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to improve analytics workflows • Ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members while promoting best practices
