📋 Description

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple complex initiatives • Serve as an Agile leader and coach • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and promote effective cross-functional collaboration • Manage risks, dependencies, impediments, and changes in scope • Monitor and analyze Agile delivery metrics • Provide executive-level reporting and stakeholder communication

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of project management experience • 5+ years of experience in an Agile environment • 2-4 years of Jira experience • Healthcare experience • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills • Expertise in execution and delivery, including planning and supporting team outcomes • Jira admin and configuration experience (preferred) • PMP and at least one Agile certification (preferred) • Medicare experience (preferred) • Experience with automating business processes and using AI (preferred)
