📋 Description

• Support several parts of the Medicaid provider management team • Focus on assignment, reporting, project management, and non-production activities • Coordinate and collaborate on Network Operations intake and triage • Coordinate provider data assignments • Coordinate claim pend assignments • Lead work assignments • Work closely with the manager on department production and turnaround times • Extract information from provider systems to meet business reporting needs • Provide technical and/or functional leadership within the unit

🎯 Requirements

• QNXT experience required • 3 years of experience and knowledge of Provider Data Services systems and other end user applications • Advanced Excel skills • Ability to coordinate collaboration sessions • Ability to take detailed notes and share them with analysts • General understanding and skills in PowerPoint • Bachelor's degree or equivalent 3+ years of relevant experience • 40 hours per week
