📋 Description

• Coordinate daily Provider Data Services workflow and assigned production activities • Review, update, and validate provider data across systems for accuracy and completeness • Support manual processing, batch setup, audit work, and issue resolution • Monitor priorities, deadlines, and production goals to ensure timely completion of work • Partner with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve workflow efficiency • Maintain process documentation and support quality and compliance standards

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage highly manual, process-driven work • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment • Experience in provider data, healthcare operations, claims, enrollment, or a related operational environment preferred • Provider Data Services background (1–3 years) or Network background (1–3 years) preferred • College Degree or equivalent work experience
