📋 Description

• Serve as an experienced technology partner supporting Human Resources business owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams • Analyze business needs and collaboratively define business requirements, scope, and tasks • Configure system changes and support testing activities • Provide production support and continuous improvement • Collaborate with HR leaders, Product Owners, business stakeholders, and IT teams on solution development and system enhancements • Evaluate Workday and other technologies through research and testing to offer business solutions • Improve business processes and system functionality through workflow optimization, automation, and technology capabilities • Configure, administer, maintain, and optimize HR technology platforms, including Workday Talent Management • Gather and document business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and configuration changes in Jira • Configure and maintain HR technology settings and business processes under governance and auditing guidelines • Participate in implementations, enhancements, upgrades, testing, and release management • Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics for workforce insights and operational metrics • Investigate system issues and collaborate with internal and external partners on resolution • Create and maintain standard operating procedures, process flows, and configuration documentation • Manage assigned work across multiple initiatives and meet deadlines • Share knowledge, provide peer support, and contribute expertise to team discussions and improvement efforts

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience configuring Workday Talent Management & Performance Management product area • 4+ years’ experience with calculated fields, Business Processes and building solutions in Workday • 4+ years’ experience with strategic planning, delivery, and support of projects and programs • 3+ years’ experience demonstrating problem solving, solutioning, and decision-making skills • 3+ years’ experience delivering tracking tools such as Jira • 3+ years’ experience working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment • Experience configuring Workday Talent including Succession, Potential, Performance and Skills • Familiarity with Workday Extend • Workday Certification preferably in Talent & Performance • Experience in report writing • Experience with Workday Integrations and Security configurations • Bachelor's Degree required
