📋 Description
• lead a team of Product designers in modernizing the pharmacy dispensing system of RxConnect into the new RxiO • collaborate with multiple departments to define and execute UX design strategies • coordinate user research and usability testing to validate design decisions • provide direction, coaching, and development support to a team of UX designers • create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of Product Design experience • 3+ years of experience leading a Product Design Team
