📋 Description

• Create sales and partner assets, including one-pagers, outreach copy, and agency and partner materials • Write customer success materials, including onboarding content, customer-facing guides, and event and speaking collateral • Write and update web copy for product and supporting pages • Produce occasional case studies using interviews and provided source material

🎯 Requirements

• US-native English writer • Ability to make technical products sound plain and human • Comfortable writing B2B copy for a merchant audience • Ability to distinguish store-owner priorities from marketing-team assumptions • Verifies claims against sources and accurately handles customer results and product details • Self-directed and able to work with limited day-to-day supervision in a part-time, largely asynchronous role • Willing to write to an existing voice rather than a personal writing style • Experience with Shopify, ecommerce, or B2B SaaS is helpful but not required • Familiarity with post-purchase or retention tooling is helpful but not required
