It combines coaching, assessments, and hiring acceleration (including conditional outcome assurance) to support colleges, parents, hiring companies, and QuickBooks ProAdvisors with structured workforce screening, training, and placement services.

📋 Description

• Manage project-wise budgets and financial planning • Monitor revenue, operational expenses, and profitability • Prepare and maintain monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements • Track project financial performance and budget utilization • Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions • Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and financial summaries for leadership • Coordinate with project teams to ensure financial discipline • Support forecasting, annual budgeting, and business planning • Identify opportunities to optimize costs and improve profitability • Maintain accurate financial documentation and audit readiness • Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and reporting standards • Support leadership with financial insights that enable better business decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration • Freshers are welcome • Candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience may also apply • Basic understanding of business finance and project accounting • Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage but not mandatory • Exposure to Power BI, Zoho Analytics, or financial dashboards is a plus • Interest in AI-powered finance and business automation
