📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end renewals process, ensuring timely closure and high retention rates • Build and maintain trusted relationships with decision-makers and champions across your accounts • Identify, qualify, and close expansion opportunities in partnership with Account Executives • Leverage CRM and reporting tools to surface insights and risks, enabling proactive customer engagement • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Deal Desk, Operations, and Customer Success to drive seamless renewal cycles • Negotiate terms with procurement and legal stakeholders, balancing customer needs with business objectives • Provide clear, professional, and compelling communication both written and verbal across internal and external stakeholders • Manage time effectively across a high volume of accounts and deadlines • Serve as a customer advocate, championing service excellence and long-term satisfaction • Own and manage a portfolio of accounts driving successful renewals and uncovering cross-sell and upsell opportunities • Analyze and understand customers’ business, processes, challenges, and objectives, working closely with Account Executives, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in renewals, sales, or customer success • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills • Executive presence with the ability to confidently engage senior stakeholders • Strong presentation abilities and creative problem-solving mindset • Excellent time management and organizational capabilities • Strong negotiation skills • A “relationship-first” mindset: naturally curious, empathetic, and driven to help customers succeed • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and analytics tools to track performance and drive strategy • Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment with remote teams • Ability to travel approximately 25%
