📋 Description

• Conduct keyword research, on-page optimizations, technical website audits, internal linking adjustments, schema markup (JSON-LD), and indexability fixes • Optimize content for AI search engines, AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity • Establish structured entity data, direct Q&A formats, and authoritative brand citations • Manage local citations, Google Business Profile optimization, review acceleration, and map-pack rankings • Operate Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Search Console (GSC), Google Business Profiles (GBP), Google Gemini Pro, and SE Ranking Growth with Local Marketing • Draft, structure, and refine content with AI tools following Google’s E-E-A-T guidelines • Align organic search tactics with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) • Facilitate and co-lead client meetings • Present strategic search insights, performance metrics, and recommendations • Prepare client-ready performance updates • Travel to client sites within 100 miles of Reading, PA when in-person meetings are required • Execute traditional SEO, local search, brand entity building, and AI discovery across modern search platforms

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of demonstrable hands-on experience in organic search / SEO • Fully remote work setup • Must reside within a reasonable driving distance to attend client meetings within a 100-mile radius of Reading, PA • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel for client meetings • Working experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Business Profiles, and major SEO platforms (SE Ranking, Semrush, or Ahrefs) • Active interest in generative AI tools such as Google Gemini and ChatGPT • Ability to connect technical SEO metrics with real-world client business outcomes • Proven ability to organize and confidently contribute on client calls • Ability to articulate SEO/AI search concepts to key stakeholders and drive strategic conversations • Ability to facilitate or co-lead client meetings and present strategic search insights, performance metrics, and recommendations
