📋 Description

• Manage resources, schedules, and financials throughout project initiatives • Adhere to project management guidelines and principles • Manage issues, risks, and project change requests • Ensure successful and on-time project delivery • Contribute to process improvement initiatives related to project delivery • Verify that projects produce required deliverables and meet business objectives, time, and cost constraints • Provide leadership for project teams and motivate team members to meet goals and milestones • Own the full project life cycle from initiation through deployment • Manage multiple related projects aligned with strategic objectives • Report project success criteria, metrics, testing, and deployment activities • Establish practices, templates, work instructions, policies, tools, and partnerships • Prepare estimates and detailed project plans • Procure resources to achieve project objectives • Manage day-to-day project activities and chair project management team meetings • Drive feasibility studies, vendor selections, relationships, and proposals • Manage communications, resources, budgets, changes, risks, issues, conflicts, dependencies, and critical-path deliverables • Define Statements of Work and specifications for requested goods and services • Delegate tasks and responsibilities • Determine status-report frequency and content; analyze results and troubleshoot problem areas • Develop trusted adviser relationships with stakeholders and sponsors • Ensure projects and programs meet scope, budget, and quality standards

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Project Management • Bachelor's degree required • PMP certification preferred • Proficient knowledge of Project Management principles, methods, tools, and software • Experience using various project management tools and systems • Proficient knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Mapics • Understanding of interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs • Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize and meet deadlines • Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with teams and build relationships • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Business acumen • Continuing education • Developing budgets • Ability to coach and train • Process improvement • Ability to plan • Attention to detail • Good analytic skills • Ability to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations • Must be legally authorized for employment in the United States • Must not require employer-sponsored work authorization now or in the future
