📋 Description

• Intake, organize, and maintain files in the matter management system • Run reports and prepare data visualizations for team metrics and KPIs • Manage discovery, including collection, organization, and preparation of data for production • Issue and manage litigation holds • Prepare drafts of basic documents, including correspondence, discovery and subpoena responses, affidavits and declarations, settlement agreements, and other documents • Manage and maintain case files, records, and documentation within the matter management system • Investigate facts and collect relevant documents relating to disputes • Maintain and submit litigation and compliance reports • Manage service of process • Work with Finance to process payments for legal settlements and other needs • Manage administrative needs of the Disputes team, including invoicing, filing, calendaring, and scheduling meetings • Assist with other projects as needed • Provide essential legal support to the Disputes Team for lawsuits, subpoenas, small claims, product claims, and related matters

🎯 Requirements

• Associate Degree or Certificate in Paralegal Studies or equivalent experience • 5+ years of experience as a paralegal • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite • Work visa sponsorship is not offered for this position • Successful completion of pre-employment requirements, including verification of employment history, education, background screening, and drug testing where permitted by law • Safety-sensitive positions may require cannabis (marijuana) testing
