📋 Description

• Leading day-to-day business development and sales activities across an assigned district • Supporting dealership performance, OEM alignment, and customer relationship management • Building and maintaining strong relationships with Dealer Principals, Chief Financial Officers, General Managers, F&I Managers, sales teams, and leasing managers • Collaborating closely with DTNA On-Highway and Vocational District Managers to ensure strategic alignment • Overseeing pricing strategies for wholesale financing, capital loans, revolvers, dealer pledge lines, and fleet customer programs

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience • Minimum of 3 years of experience in effectively building and maintaining relationships (internal and external contacts) • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with and influence customers • Negotiation skills • Strong time management and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and productively in a remote location • Minimum of 3 years of experience with Microsoft Office • Valid driver’s license
