• Provide dealers with aftermarket parts management support in parts sales, customer service, and business performance • Assist dealers in implementing programs and growing parts sales • Support dealer groups with APAs crossing regional boundaries • Improve operational performance of dealer parts departments • Initiate methods to change dealer behavior and meet national aftermarket parts performance standards • Conduct operations audits and recommend corrective actions based on formal analysis • Build relationships with Dealer Principals and Parts Managers to improve acceptance of corporate programs and aftermarket standards • Provide headquarters staff with field intelligence on program effectiveness, training requirements, market trends, end-customer behavior, and competitive activities • Advise dealer personnel on marketing and financial goals, facilities, personnel, business planning, pricing, cost control, and absorption • Conduct financial analysis and assist with annual parts business plans • Promote and assist dealer parts sales efforts and develop sales and merchandising programs • Provide market analysis for aftermarket parts marketing plans • Monitor performance and modify departmental efforts as required • Call on end customers with dealer sales/service personnel and analyze customer needs • Analyze dealer systems requests and coordinate appropriate regional or headquarters action • Analyze and forward training requests and support headquarters training programs • Deliver personalized, on-site training as required • Serve as technical consultant for company and dealer systems activities • Provide training and liaison between headquarters IT staff and dealer personnel • Collaborate with corporate office on dealer communication, ease of doing business, and selling tools • Deploy current DTNA sales programs • Manage an average $100 million territory with approximately 21 district locations
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field • 5+ years of prior work experience related to sales • Strong oral and written communication skills and presentation skills • Ability to work at all levels of the organization and with cross-functional areas • Able to work and prioritize tasks independently • Working knowledge of DTNA's Paragon parts system • Strong sales track record and product sales background • Legally authorized to work permanently in the United States at the time of application • Successfully complete a criminal background check • May be required to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen
