📋 Description

• Assist with project management for projects in various Sports and Commercial markets • Write scopes of work, project pricing and estimates, project correspondence, and project documentation • Support Sales with project proposal generation, quoting, and technical presentations • Initiate and organize contract documents, subcontract documents, and general project correspondence • Generate and monitor project budgets and schedules • Manage standard orders and custom projects under the guidance of Project Managers, including installation and subcontractor hiring • Coordinate internal project tasks across Sales, Engineering, systems design, project accounting, material requisition, manufacturing/product throughput, shipping, and management feedback • Collaborate with Sales, customers, and project team members and contribute product and process improvement suggestions • Supervise or assist with on-site project installation • Travel to project sites for event support, installation, and onsite supervision after demonstrated performance • Perform other duties as assigned to meet customer expectations

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor’s degree program in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering Technology, or a related degree • Preferred applicant registered in at least 12 credits • Preferred applicant in sophomore or junior year • Strong academic performance and maintenance of an acceptable GPA • Unofficial transcripts or web transcripts must be submitted with the application • Good oral and written communication skills • Good organizational skills • Self-motivation • Ability to travel by air and ground • Compliance with the Daktronics Driver Eligibility Policy, verified through a motor vehicle record check • Fluent in English, written and verbal • Must be 18 years of age or older • Must be eligible to work in the U.S.; Daktronics does not sponsor, renew, or extend immigration visas for this position • Prior construction experience desired • Technical or mechanical interests, hobbies, and experiences helpful • Ability to regularly and reliably work scheduled hours
