• Support delivery of product, service, and sales training across the North American Aftermarket • Coordinate field training activities in the U.S. and collaborate with global training teams • Assist in managing training materials, digital content, and external training resources • Help organize and schedule training programs, ensuring alignment and avoiding duplication across regions • Contribute to development and maintenance of digital and hands-on training content • Support expansion of online training tools and learning platforms • Respond to training requests and prioritize them based on business needs • Participate in delivering product training sessions for internal teams and customers • Maintain documentation of training procedures, materials, and best practices • Track and report training participation and effectiveness metrics
• 2+ years’ experience preferred as a Technician, Engineer, or Technical Trainer • Associate’s degree preferred • Advanced problem-solving ability • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Mechanical comprehension • Strong presentation and communication skills • Ability to support training delivery for both small and large groups • Advanced technical aptitude • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams • Customer-focused mindset and professional communication style • Willingness to travel approximately 50–70%
