📋 Description

• Provide strategic leadership and assume full ownership across all data analytics, enablement tools, performance measurement, and project management activities that support the Americas Market Access Team • Lead the proactive development and sustained execution of analytics frameworks, dashboards, and operational tools • Directly oversee and mentor team members in designing and delivering high quality analyses • Collaborate extensively with internal partners including Market Access, Field Reimbursement, Global Strategy, and others

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of related work experience OR master’s degree with 8+ years of healthcare analytics experience OR Doctoral degree in field with 5+ years of work experience • 6+ years experience with data analytics, including creating and deploying tools and dashboards leveraging large datasets, data warehouses (e.g. Snowflake), business analytics and data visualization platforms (SmartSheet, PowerBi, Excel) • 6+ years of demonstrated experience in successful project management • Negotiation and business development skills • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects/products and engage effectively with cross-functional groups and senior management as appropriate
