📋 Description

• Analyze and reconstruct customer financial statements, related to units of service and resources to identify opportunities during assessment. • Provide monthly/quarterly reporting on KPI identifying material variances and connecting program intervention with performance improvement. • Maintain and enhance benchmarking capabilities around KPI’s with the ability to identify peer groups. • Assist customers on developing financial pro formas to justify capital/resource investment to support growth and/or cost improvement. • Develop/support internal activity-based costing to manage resource allocation and track performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field with 7+ years of experience in healthcare finance. • Past annual budget coordination and variance reporting experience. • Ability to summarize complex data sets and communicate actionable insights. • Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement and implementing KPI’s. • Ability to travel – 15% • Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
