• partner and develop relationships with hospital network C-suite executives • understand their business needs and provide solutions • build and lead the strategic YOY business plan within each Health System • utilize Danaher Business System tools to lead sales campaigns • partner with service organization to ensure successful installations and maintenance • provide high-level view of all activities within individual accounts • partner with local regional Area Directors and Regional Sales Managers to ensure alignment
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably within business or sciences) • 9+ years of sales experience in a hospital or laboratory • experience selling to C-Suite within large IDN's • strong communication and presentation skills • high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), MS Teams and SharePoint
