• Leading the HEOR team in designing, developing, overseeing, and/or executing global HEOR efforts • Supporting education and training activities for regional cross-functional teams to support access and launch readiness activities • Ensuring payer insights are leveraged to inform strategic business decisions • Developing and modifying HEOR strategies and tactical plans in support of global market access and medical organization strategies • Collaborating with Global Product Management, Medical-Scientific Affairs, Regulatory, and Commercial functions to ensure integration of relevant HEOR and payer evidence into clinical planning
• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of relevant experience OR MS, MPH, MBA, PhD, PharmD, or MD with 8+ years of relevant global HEOR experience in pipeline and marketed products • 5+ years of people management experience • Span of control across multiple therapeutic areas such as Medical Devices, Diagnostics, Infectious Diseases, Women’s Health, Sexual Health, Virology and/or Healthcare-associated infections • Demonstrated understanding of the dynamics of the US and Ex-US health care systems and financing mechanisms; Public and private payer experience required. • Experience in diagnostics/Health Technology product development and/or commercialization (may be concurrent with health economics research and strategy experience). • Expertise in methodologies and study designs that produce clinically and economically relevant value information in both the development and post-launch time period.
