📋 Description

• Validate new Chemistry and Immunoassay instrument installations against Beckman Coulter and customer requirements • Collaborate with customer Key Operators during validation to reinforce training and ensure readiness • Address operational and performance questions according to specifications and regulatory standards • Partner with Tech Support, Field Service, Sales, and Customer Training teams • Prepare customers for and complete instrumentation validation studies, including instrument setup, calibration, precision studies, and method comparisons • Provide onsite and remote phone support for assay- and QC-related questions • Provide onsite training for proper operation of instrumentation • Cover the Mid-Atlantic region as part of the Field Applications Team within the North America Service Organization • Travel up to 90% by air and/or vehicle, including overnight stays

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's degree with a minimum combined experience of 3+ years in laboratory/diagnostic instrumentation or another related field • Advanced understanding of the diagnostics or healthcare industry, with heavy emphasis on the laboratory regulatory environment • Up to 90% flying and/or driving travel, including overnight stays • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record • Ability to lift, move, or carry equipment up to 50 lb.
