📋 Description

• Develop product strategies for single-use mixing solutions • Identify market opportunities and assess competition • Write business cases and establish product strategies and roadmaps • Create, maintain and manage the business portfolio plan and roadmap • Prioritize and map global customer segments • Work with Field Marketing on demand creation activities to achieve NPI and business objectives • Provide input to business cases for products and upgrades at concept stage • Work with Global Product Marketing to develop, test and prototype new product ideas • Set annual direction for pricing, promotion, quality and business improvements • Direct Product Marketing integration of growth strategies into campaigns • Plan and manage portfolio rationalization • Track and analyze global sales growth, gross margins, supply issues and quality issues • Understand customer needs through face-to-face interaction, research and market data analysis • Collaborate with Product Management, Global and Regional Marketing, Product Marketing, Program Management, R&D, Applications, Service, Sales and technical teams • Report to the Director Product Management – Single-use Mixing Solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Bioscience, Engineering, Marketing, Business or related life science discipline • Bio-pharmaceutical development/R&D experience in Biopharmaceutical industry • 8+ years’ experience in product management, product marketing, product development or related field • Deep Product Management/Marketing expertise, including market trends/analysis, NPI process, product roadmap development, and product life-cycle management • Life Sciences product/industry/technical acumen • Ability to travel > 40% • MBA preferred
