📋 Description

• Lead and manage the entire implementation lifecycle of mid to large-scale multi-discipline installations within Clinical Laboratory settings. • Develop and execute instrumentation project plans, ensuring customer readiness and adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards. • Coordinate and collaborate with various stakeholders, including laboratory directors, engineers, technicians, and vendors to ensure successful project implementation. • Conduct comprehensive assessments of laboratory infrastructure, and readiness requirements to recommend appropriate instrumentation, data management, and automation system solutions timeline • Oversee the procurement and installation of equipment, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and industry best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. Degree with 5+ years of Project Management experience • Proven track record in managing projects, and be able to provide examples and project artifacts, i.e., Communication Plans, Project Plans, Risk Plans, etc. • Advanced understanding of the Diagnostics or Healthcare Industry with a heavy emphasis on the Laboratory Regulatory environment. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Project Management software such as Smartsheet • Experience reading and interpreting floor plans and design drawings • Ability to travel Monday-Friday, 80% nationally • Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
