📋 Description

• Manage the successful execution of Guidewire projects, aligning delivery with customer objectives and project goals • Serve as the primary day-to-day project contact for clients • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets • Track project progress and adjust plans as necessary • Monitor project performance and report progress to stakeholders • Manage schedule, scope, and customer budget • Build foundational client relationships and conduct status meetings • Collaborate with Engagement Managers and Principals on larger projects • Identify, escalate, and mitigate project risks and issues • Coordinate cross-functional teams, Service Centers, Practices, and Guidewire Partners • Develop and manage resource plans • Support project revenue forecasts and monitor financial metrics • Monitor internal delivery costs and expected bookings • Assist with business cases and budget proposals for complex engagements • Manage global teams and work with partners or vendors to deliver value

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of Project/Program Management experience • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time • Experience with a Professional Services or consulting organization coordinating projects managed via a contract • Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement ability • Ability to present project updates and discuss project performance • Ability to help team members prioritize and meet project commitments • Ability to manage global teams and work with multiple partners or vendors • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and handle multiple project components • Detail-oriented approach to tracking deliverables and milestones • Analytical mindset and practical problem-solving ability • Ability to identify when to escalate schedule, scope, and budget challenges • Ability to synthesize information, assess risks, and make structured decisions • Demonstrated interest in progressing to the Engagement Manager role • Familiarity with the Guidewire catalog and willingness to develop knowledge through training and certification • Basic understanding of the insurance industry and regional trends • Commitment to developing knowledge of Guidewire products, cloud solutions, and the insurance industry • Multi-lingual experience is a plus, but not required
