📋 Description

• Lead and drive large-scale, complex Digital Technologies projects • Ensure project alignment with the organization’s strategic vision • Build collaborative relationships with digital and functional executive sponsors • Oversee project schedules, key decisions, resources, financials, requirements, issues, risks, and dependencies • Drive delivery cadence, momentum, and accountability using Agile and waterfall techniques • Demonstrate progress and provide status reports and briefings • Create executive-level materials communicating project value delivery • Shepherd projects through the phase-gated governance framework • Maintain focus on cyber, architecture, and compliance artifacts and secure approvals • Navigate executive escalations and drive critical decisions • Help enhance and mature project management services and value management capabilities • Travel approximately 20% within the United States

🎯 Requirements

• Typically a university degree and 10 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 7 years’ experience, or 14+ years of relevant experience in the absence of a degree • 5+ years of project management oversight of Digital Technologies software development or infrastructure initiatives • 3+ years managing large-scale projects involving complex enterprise systems such as ERP, Payroll, Data Repository, or Engineering systems • 3+ years interfacing and collaborating with concurrent enterprise projects while managing dependencies, resources, and schedules • 3+ years building and managing schedules in MS Project • Experience in a government and/or large, complex corporate/industrial environment preferred • Expertise creating visually appealing, executive-level PowerPoint presentations preferred • Experience developing and managing financial business cases and cost/benefit analyses for Digital Technologies projects preferred • Experience integrating waterfall and Agile methodologies, including frameworks such as SAFe, preferred • Project Management certification (PMP, etc.) and SAFe or similar Agile certifications preferred • Approximately 20% travel within the United States • U.S. citizenship is required; only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract • Security clearance is not required
