📋 Description

• Sell healthcare professionals on use of point-of-care testing in physician offices and hospital markets through approved distribution channels • Target and secure profitable new business based on regional marketing strategy • Create prospect profiles, build relationships, prepare and present proposals, and secure business • Increase profitability of existing accounts by analyzing profitability, product, and service portfolios • Present plans to customers and execute solutions • Research customer problems and direct resolution or prevention to the appropriate department or area • Participate with local leadership in developing business plans for growing volume and profitability • Propose pricing quote structures for potential and existing customers • Follow up and renegotiate contracts upon expiration with Sales Management and Finance approval • Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations • Maintain customer contacts and pipeline management using Salesforce.com • Report to the Area Sales Manager as part of the Southeast Sales Team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Minimum 2 years outside sales experience • PC skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office software • Proficient use of a CRM to manage business • Ability to travel 35% within territory • Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record • Five years of successful sales experience in medical device or related industry preferred • Knowledge of the healthcare industry preferred
