📋 Description

• Serve as the primary finance partner for Sales, Marketing, and RevOps • Challenge assumptions and make high-quality recommendations • Own revenue forecasting by segment and country, including pipeline and cohort inputs • Deliver revenue reporting with monthly variance commentary and key insights • Set aggressive targets and develop and execute initiatives with cross-functional teams • Own GTM efficiency metrics, including CAC, payback, LTV, and retention by segment and cohort • Improve planning and reporting workflows and automate recurring work • Identify operational inefficiencies and devise scalable solutions to support business growth

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of finance experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or private equity • At least 3 years in-house at a high-growth company supporting GTM or revenue teams • Hands-on experience building revenue forecasts, sales capacity, quota, or compensation models • Experience partnering with GTM leaders and influencing/challenging senior stakeholders • Ability to solve complex problems amid ambiguity • Excellent modeling skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets • Ability to leverage AI tools in day-to-day work • Exceptional communication skills and ability to distill complex analyses into executive-ready insights • Authorization to work lawfully in the United States for Dandy
