• Conduct thorough reviews of clinical cases • Evaluate medical records • Provide clinical summaries • Engage in peer communications • Answer specific questions posed by clients • Provide advisory-only clinical opinions without establishing a doctor/patient relationship or providing treatment
• Board Certification • Current, unrestricted medical license • 5+ years of clinical practice experience • Experience in conducting Disability Peer Reviews preferred • Urology expertise
• Independent consultant role allows for schedule flexibility and predictable work hours; choose services and case types, dictate volume, and conduct work based on scheduled availability • No doctor/patient relationship is established and no treatment is provided; advisory-only opinions • Typical TAT is 3–5 business days depending on the level of review • Administrative tasks are carefully coordinated so time is spent on clinical decision-making • Streamlined case flow and user-friendly work portal • Communication, medical-record organization, administrative processes, case preparation, and quality/timely-delivery support • Initial training • Ongoing point of contact for questions about completing reviews
