📋 Description

• Enter reviewer application data and perform online searches • Conduct primary source verification of board certifications, licenses, background checks, and malpractice checks • Upload documents to electronic reviewer files and produce judgment pages with Medical Director comments • Apply client Do Not Use status as required • Communicate application status and Medical Director denials to the Operations team • Review licenses, certifications, and registrations for expiration status • Obtain W-9 documents in response to address changes • Clone profiles when fundamental identifying data changes • Remove reviewers from panels based on client or Operations requests • Enter new or updated fees and obtain fee agreements • Participate in Quality Management Committee meetings • Provide credentialing-related advice to leadership, Contracting, and Operations • Coordinate day-to-day assignments and activities of Credentialing team members, including training and instruction • Audit credentialing logs and establish operational baselines • Improve credentialing processes to reduce reviewer onboarding cycle times • Establish team training guides and ensure electronic reviewer files are audit-ready

🎯 Requirements

• Credentialing experience is a must • Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting is preferred • Exceptional communication skills with a clear understanding of company business lines • Ability to apply critical thinking, manage time efficiently, and meet specific deadlines • Computer literacy and typing skills • Prolonged periods sitting or remaining stationary at a desk and working on a computer • Constant operation of a computer, keyboard, mouse, and other digital productivity tools • Close visual acuity to view computer screens, analyze data, and read extensive digital documentation • Frequent communication via email, chat, phone, and video conferencing platforms • Ability to supply and support own internet services • Uninterrupted internet connection required for work from home position
