📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards using AWS QuickSight • Develop scalable reporting solutions in Amazon Redshift and reduce manual report creation • Ensure data integrity and readiness for internal and client-facing analytics • Analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable business insights • Interpret key metrics across departments to support decision-making • Gather requirements and deliver timely reports with business, sales, and technical teams • Explain data and reports clearly in internal and client meetings • Provide stakeholders with updates on project status and deliverables • Maintain documentation for reporting processes, requirements, and templates • Identify opportunities to improve data workflows and reporting efficiency • Support ad hoc requests and broader business initiatives • Own assigned projects and initiatives, providing proactive and independent effort • Support business leadership as a subject-matter expert when needed • Adapt to changing team and operational dynamics and shifting priorities • Perform other duties and special projects based on business needs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred • Preferred experience in healthcare and/or insurance industries • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in SQL for data querying and transformations • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in QuickSight or similar BI visualization tool • Proficiency in PC/MAC platforms, including Excel and Google Sheets • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities • Strong interpersonal skills for cross-department collaboration • Familiarity with industry jargon, workflow, and claims processing • Ability to advise clients on approaches to meet goals • Ability to multitask and manage various tasks efficiently • Strong documentation skills • Ability to supply and support own internet services for work from home • Requirement to maintain an uninterrupted internet connection
