📋 Description

• Implement a comprehensive strategy for growing Databricks' presence and impact in the Intelligence Community and Department of War • Establish trusted-advisor status with C-suite and other functional leaders by understanding business outcomes and addressing their needs • Develop high-trust relationships with prospects and customers and identify sponsors and change agents • Surface, prioritize, quantify, and qualify business problems based on executive sponsorship, budget, urgency, and commitment • Work alongside Deployment Strategists and Forward Deployed Engineers to deliver business impact • Demonstrate value, structure next steps for sustained impact, and expand into adjacent organizations

🎯 Requirements

• Typically 15+ years of experience as a senior operator • 5+ years working directly with agency or enterprise C-suite/senior leadership • Recently out of U.S. government and/or from a top-tier consultancy, often both • Strong consultative selling, problem-solving, and industry/functional expertise • Ability to identify, quantify, and prioritize business outcomes and frame transformation • Proven ability to build high-trust relationships, drive transformational change, and secure senior commitments • Comfortable communicating impact to technical and non-technical audiences and helping finalize commercials • Strong qualification judgment and discipline • Previous experience working in the U.S. Government or at a top-tier consultancy that worked in Government • Willingness to travel as needed (50%+) • Eligibility for security clearance; existing clearance advantageous, active TS/SCI preferred
