📋 Description

• Advise and partner with managers and directors in the Engineering organization • Conduct full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to closing for technical intern and new graduate candidates • Partner with the University Recruiting team on team matching and allocation • Manage high-volume recruiting while maintaining excellent candidate experience and data integrity • Support the intern program, recruiting events, and recruiting programs

🎯 Requirements

• Experience partnering with senior engineering leaders as a talent advisor • Track record of sourcing, screening, and closing early-career technical candidates • Ability to provide top-tier candidate experience • Experience supporting efficient and effective recruiting processes for a high-volume, diverse candidate pool • AI builder mindset and use of AI for personal productivity and programs at scale • Candidates from any remote U.S. location are welcome to apply
